Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy purchase. This policy explains how each of these purchase types works, and how you can change or cancel them.

 

Please read this policy carefully alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, which also apply to all purchases made through Absorva Lab.

 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen product. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

 

How Subscriptions Work

       Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

       Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the next renewal date.

       Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your order. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription from there at any time.

 

Minimum Subscription Commitment

Absorva Lab subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in good faith. In return, all subscription purchases are subject to a minimum commitment of two orders, which includes your first order.

 

You may not cancel your subscription until your second order has been placed and processed.

 

To cancel after fulfilling the two-order minimum, please contact our support team at support@absorvalab.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order. Cancellation requests received after this window may not be actioned until the following order cycle.

 

Early Cancellation

If you request to cancel your subscription before your second order has been placed and processed, the following applies:

 

       No cancellation fee will be charged.

       However, you will not be eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The guarantee is only available to customers who have genuinely trialled the product as directed, which requires completing the minimum subscription commitment.

       Your subscription will be cancelled and no further orders will be processed once the two-order minimum has been satisfied.

 

In short: cancelling early costs you nothing extra, but it does forfeit your right to claim under our money-back guarantee. We encourage you to complete the two-order minimum and give the product a proper trial before making a decision.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available in our inventory. Pre-orders allow you to secure your purchase ahead of availability.

 

How Pre-Orders Work

       We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of checkout.

       Your payment method will be stored securely and the full or remaining balance will be charged when your order is fulfilled and ready to ship.

       You will be notified by email when your pre-order is fulfilled and dispatched.

 

Cancelling a Pre-Order

       You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled, provided only a partial deposit (or no payment) has been collected.

       If your pre-order has already been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Some Absorva Lab products may be offered on a try before you buy basis. This option allows you to receive and try a product before being charged the full amount.

 

How Try Before You Buy Works

       When you select a try before you buy option, we will place an authorization hold on your payment method before fulfilling your order. This is not a charge — it is a temporary hold to verify your payment details.

       Once you receive your order, you will have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. The applicable trial period will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

       If you choose to keep the item, or if the trial period expires without a return being initiated, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.

       If you wish to return the item within the trial period, please contact our support team at support@absorvalab.com to initiate the return before the deadline.
