Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be fulfilled by our US-based fulfillment center. Please allow 1–5 business days for order fulfillment before your order is shipped. Orders containing more than 200 items may take up to 5–10 business days to fulfill.
The fulfillment countdown begins as soon as your order status changes to Accepted. For the first 2 hours after placing your order, the status will show as New — during this window you may request changes to your shipping address or cancel your order. Once the status updates to Accepted, your order is sent to our fulfillment team for preparation and it is no longer possible to edit or cancel.
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cancellation
Once your order has been placed and accepted, we are unable to cancel it as it begins processing with our fulfillment team immediately. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you wish to cancel within the first 2 hours of placing your order (while the status shows as New), please contact our support team at support@absorvalab.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to action your request before it is accepted.
Once your order has been delivered to you, you may reach out to our support team to begin the return process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and conditions.
Shipping Times
Absorva Lab currently ships within the United States only. International shipping will be available at a later date — please check back for updates. Estimated delivery times below begin from the date of shipment, after the fulfillment period above.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress at any time.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email within the expected processing timeframe.
Tracking Shows No Information Available
For some carriers, it can take 2-5 business days after your order has shipped for tracking information to update in their system. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking number still shows no information, please contact our customer support team at support@absorvalab.com with your order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, you have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request a change while your order status is New.
To request an address correction within this window, please contact our customer support team at support@absorvalab.com as soon as possible. Once your order status changes to Accepted, we are unable to make any modifications.
Please note: if an incorrect address has been provided and a correction is required, an address modification fee may apply to cover the manual effort involved. If your order is delivered to an incorrectly provided address, Absorva Lab is not responsible for reshipping the order at our expense.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our third-party carrier. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery experience, factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing are outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team at support@absorvalab.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you. Please allow up to one business day for a response.
Please note that our customer service team operates on business days only (Monday to Friday). Queries submitted on weekends or public holidays will be responded to on the next business day.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. Absorva Lab is working to expand delivery to international destinations and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
